What we collect
When you submit an enquiry or request a document, we collect the name, company, email address, telephone number, project location and project details you provide. We also collect standard analytics data about how the site is used.
How we use it
To respond to your enquiry, to send the documents you requested, and to follow up on active projects. With your consent we may also send occasional technical updates. We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are retained for as long as needed to service the enquiry and any resulting project, and thereafter in accordance with our records-retention practice.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and you may withdraw consent to marketing communications at any time. Contact sales@ifi.com.ph.
How enquiries reach us
Enquiries submitted through this website are delivered to our sales team by a third-party form delivery service with servers outside the Philippines. It is used only to transmit your message to us and to filter spam. If you prefer, you can email us directly at sales@ifi.com.ph.

This site does not set tracking cookies. We use privacy-preserving, aggregate analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) to understand how the site is used; it does not identify individual visitors. Embedded maps are provided by Google and are subject to Google's own privacy policy.
